WPL Kids - National AccessAbility Week 2024

Every year, starting on the last Sunday in May, Canadians celebrate National AccessAbility Week (NAAW). This week is an opportunity to celebrate Canadians with disabilities and raise awareness of the critical need for accessibility and inclusion for all in our communities and workplaces. The following list includes non-fiction and stories that were chosen to honour the unique perspectives of people with a wide range of abilities, as well as to foster compassion, dispel stereotypes, and motivate readers to embrace diversity.
