This is a really good, interestingly creative book by Roald Dahl! It is about a poor boy named Charlie who lives with his 4 grandparents and his mom and dad. All that changes when Willy Wonka's chocolate factory finally opens to 5 lucky finders of the golden tickets that were hidden in Willy Wonka's chocolate bars. There isn't really a hope for Charlie to find a golden ticket, which he really wants, because he doesn't have enough money to buy many chocolate bars. However, luck may be on his side...

I have loved Roald Dahl books since I was a kid. I found an audiobook version that is read by Eric Idle and it is the best thing ever. Like chocolate gold being poured in your ears. If you feel sad and need a laugh, you have to read/listen to this book.

A delightful story, very well told in the audio format. Kept my almost 4 yr old completely entertained.
