Bertalan, a noted expert on archery and bow hunting, has written the second edition of this dictionary to include new photographs, a new foreword, and a new philosophy, outlined in the author's statement, "It's ironic that the new millennium is perhaps the best time in the history of mankind to become a traditional archer." Concentrating on the craft of archery and the wide variety of equipment to choose from, this dictionary is a comprehensive resource for anyone thinking about picking up and bow and arrow, and heading out into the wilderness. This book is about people and companies that make or have made bows. It does not contain any significant information about how to make bows, which is what I was expecting.

I found both the title and the publishers description to be misleading.
