This drama/crime film is about a single mother who works full-time and is raising a very odd yet incredible son named Henry. After learning a dark secret about the neighbours, she is shocked to learn that Henry already has a plan. The movie stars Naomi Watts, Sarah Silverman, Dean Norris, Lee Pace, and many more in this very eventful film. Although not everything was perfectly executed and there were some awkward moments between transitions and storyline changes, it is without a doubt entertaining and contains many important messages. I would rate this movie 3/5 stars and recommend it to those who like dramatic and versatile films. @The_Reviewer of the Hamilton Public Library Teen Review Board
After Henry died the whole story became so implausible we didn’t finish it. Great acting, especially from this boys.
Special features interesting. A Rub Goldberg expert was hired for the set in the neat tree house. Movie a bit slow at times and far fetched after Henry died. Few "F" bombs. Nice tattoo on Sarah Silverman. Lots of surprises.
What a great story
I thought this movie was something a little different than the norm. I found it to be interesting and entertaining. It was relatively clean, which is seldom seen today. Will I watch it again? You betcha!
really really good! but have tissues cause you will cry
It's a movie with some heart. The young guys are great.
The story line is interesting and well done.
I found it time well spent.
After reading some of the bad comments we questioned weather or not to check this movie out. Lucky for us we paid more attention to the good comments because we really enjoyed. A warning have some Kleenex ready some emotional scenes.
Bold. Sad. Thought provoking. Good ending.
Oddly, strange, sad movie. Perfect movie for the preteen audience.
