The first movie deserved a sequal; this movie was not it. Worse, it was just kind of dull and boring.

Ugly film. I don't like this film written and directed by men for women characters. This did not feel authentic of any women I have ever known. Hardly feminist. Seems to be written by men that do not like or understand women very well. Ugly motivations and goals that don't even really make sense. Misoginistic if you ask me. If nothing else to show "what is the point of any of it, with out love for each other in this life?"

Loved this movie.

I watched this awhile ago, and I've already forgotten everything about it.

Absolute garbage. One of the most in your face brazenly feminist pieces of cinematic sludge out there. The story is an excuse to try and turn this leftist claptrap into a franchise and is about as believable as calorie free pizza.

The only saving grace is not having to see Kristen Stewart's dull expression for any length of time, which is also bizarre given that she was the main protagonist of the first film.

Females are depicted as being just as effective fighters as males and not just as adults but also as children! This is patently absurd. The movie also goes to great lengths to portray males as simpering love struck fools (like Hemsworth's Huntsman's character) who behave as females normally do (or did) in real life, while of course the females take the lead in being the strong, no nonsense type from beginning to end. I half expected Gloria Steinem to make a cameo as Ravenna's second sister with her own bra burning Queendom.

If you're a typical indoctrinated low testosterone male or a typical "grrrl power" twit you will love this film, everyone else should steer far away from this pc bs.

A great cast but just not a great story which is a shame. There are not many directors who have three of the most talented and accomplished actresses in the world on one movie and present them with something below their talents.

First rate CGI and costumes. Decent story but too much corny scenes. The wicked queen just won't die! If you like the prequel "Snow White and the Huntsman ,2012," this is worth the price of a cheap ticket, especially with Chastain, Blunt, Charlize and heartthrob Chris Hemsworth as the leading actors

The dwarfs are silly and distracting. Nice costumes. Special effects are mixed quality. Acting is by-the-numbers-for-a-paycheck.

Very good. Beautiful costumes. Much better than the first one.

The lead in:
What does the Mirror show you? What do you see? An oft told tale. That of Snow White, how she vanquished the evil Queen Ravenna and took her rightful place on the throne. But there is another story, one you have not yet seen. One that comes long before "happily ever after."
We blind ourselves to the truth because we are weak, because we hope. But there's no hope for love. Love ends in betrayal. Aye and always.
In closing:
Once upon a time there lived a beautiful queen whose heart was broken in two. But even buried
under ice and snow, love survives.
