Unknown - 2014
Rate this:
A handful of counties in Northern California are attempting to accomplish the seemingly impossible - the creation of a new state: The State of Jefferson. Without effective representation at the state level, some rural Californians feel that their lives are dictated by the three major urban areas of the state.
