Really liked the book and the story line held true throughout. Couldn't stop reading after I hit the 100 page mark. I agree it would make an awesome movie!!

One of the best books I've read in a while - non-stop action - who is Philip Carter??? Can't find out when in 2012 his next book is coming out - or the title.

Great story, could be made into a movie, very bourne'ish.

Altar of Bones --- by Philip Carter. Somewhere in the coldest of Siberia, hidden in a cave behind a waterfall there is a secret altar of bones that hides the passage tio a pool of a most unusual potion: one reputed to be the potion of perpetual youth. Unbeknownst to her, Zoe is a keeper of this fountain. The only problem is, she’s never been to this fountain and must go on a quest to find it. The book keeps you guessing. What’s next? There’s lots of action --- some a little far-fetched. If you like action; exotic locales; novels that include assassinated presidents and Marilyn Monroe then this book’s the ticket.

Claimed to be a mix of Robert Ludlum and Dan Brown, and definitely did not fail to impress! A wonderfully written story, that's for damn sure! Apparently, Philip Carter is a pseudonym but I wish he would do more with this series or style!!
