Story is pretty lame, art is worse.

I thought it was a pretty good story, with Batman taking on Lex Luther by himself. Although the art style was a little different then what I expected, I still enjoyed it a lot. Over all Batman Confidential looks like a promising series and I look forward to continuing reading it. I'll give Rules of Engagement a 7.5/10.
