Suggests safe operating procedures and common sense precautions such as protective clothing, proper pan positioning, using a fire extinguisher and being rested and alert. Explains what to do with a frying pan fire. Common steam, water and hot grease burn risks are identified; as are risks associated with equipment such as hot dishwashing machines, deep fat friers, ranges and gas ovens.
