Interviews with early childhood educators about their careers. This DVD is filmed two different agencies and two separate areas in Canada. This DVD begins at UBC where Debbie Thompson talks about what is provided to the parents and children who live in the community. She is the director of the program on the university grounds and discusses the history of child care over the twenty five years she has been there, and how the program has changed. The second part of this DVD finishes with Pauline McKay who works at Makonsag Aboriginal Head Start, Inc. She speaks about the children who are Metis, First Nations and Iniut where the quality of staff and child care is what matters the most.
