What would you do if you were sitting quietly in your living room when a mysterious couple appeared from out of nowhere—and then told you they were "ascended masters" who had come to reveal some shocking secrets of existence and teach you the miraculous powers of advanced forgiveness? When two such teachers appeared before Gary Renard in 1992, he chose to listen to them (and ask a lot of impertinent questions). The result is this startling book: an extraordinary record of 17 mind-bending conversations that took place over nearly a decade, reorienting the author’s life and giving the world an uncompromising introduction to a spiritual teaching destined to change human history.

Scandalous! If you are firmly invested in the dominant paradigm do NOT read this book. The author challenges many, firmly, long held beliefs about the Bible, Jesus's life, and other things long since "concluded as truth".

Do I believe everything the author postulates? Does everything the author communicates resonate as truth and real. Not necessarily. None the less it is wonderful to challenge our perceptions, question assumptions we were taught as absolute truth, and rethink our perceptions.

The author also ties in A Course In Miracles of which I am a huge fan. Highly recommend if you are willing to have your assumptions challenged. I recommend those who want to remain asleep skip this one.

I am still in “transit” with this book. It is a book that opens your eyes and shakes your core, especially your religious side. This book is hard to read, and needs to be read and re-read in stages. I find that if I don’t understand one part I need to sit on it until I have an ‘aha’ moment and then can proceed further.
It is fascinating and I plan to keep it close and read it whenever I feel the need to find out more.

his book rattles your cage and shakes your foundations, and it makes you re-evaluate what is really important in life. It literally blows your mind! After reading this book I understood why Albert Einstein quoted: "Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one. Our separation from each other is just an optical illusion of our consciousness mind. The separation between past, present, and future is only an illusion, although a convincing one". This book clarifies many things we do not understand and the behaviour of the human being ruled by the ego in this dream we call reality. Projection makes Perception. However, this book is not for everyone as some people are not willing to accept the real truth and to give up their values that hold with so much dear. Just as ACIM states: "Not everyone is ready to accept the truth, and each one must go as far as he can let himself be led along the road to truth. He will return and go still farther, or perhaps step back a while and then return again". If you want to know how deep the rabbit hole really goes, check out this book! After reading this book you won't be the same, your life will change for good. Namaste, :-)
