Excellent book that explains the importance of raw foods in our diets, and the need to take it one step further with smoothies that enable us to consume more greens, and access their nutrients. Lots of "recipes" for smoothies to appeal to everyone's tastes, and interesting background on the Boutenko family's health issues that were positively impacted by raw foods and smoothies: asthma, thyroid, arthritis, diabetes, arrythmia, warts, moles, gray hair....
