Great book! It delved into many different areas of safety that college women should be aware of, e.g. drugs, alcohol, road trips, studying abroad, self-defense against mugging, etc.

It's a great resource to read to just be better prepared for entering into the "real world," per say. I took lots of notes :) The only criticism I have is that the author would start every chapter with a terrifying and true story (e.g. women going missing, families being stranded) which I felt was unnecessary to get her point across. There's a line between preaching safety and preaching paranoia. I mostly skipped the introduction of each chapter.
